Bouwfonds REIM combines expertise in the financial investment market and in the real estate market: two markets with different cycles, different dynamics, wide-ranging characteristics and distinct players. The link between the real estate market and the investors’ market comes about by structuring the real estate in a fund and then offering that fund to investors. It starts with a strategic view of real estate markets and investors’ markets. Building on this, we have acquired specific expertise in a few niche product segments, including international residential real estate and parking garages, as well as agricultural land and Dutch communication networks.
